Michael Tucak is a lawyer with over 20 years experience, practicing predominantly in the arts, creative industries and intellectual property.
In 2016, he was awarded the Attorney General's Community Law Award for outstanding pro bono commitment to the arts and creative sector. He described it as great recognition for the value of the arts.

Michael has expertise in film/TV and screen law, music law, start-ups and not-for-profits. He is able to assist most creative sectors in a wide range of areas, from establishment and structuring, employment and service contracting, licensing/disrtibution, investment and exits/wind-up, as well as general legal advice on issues affecting a project or venture.
Michael blogs on this core belief at www.creativecapacity.com.au - that we need to be more "creative, constructive and community-oriented" in how we develop for the future, at all levels of society and government.
